摘要
Solid organ transplantation (SOT) is a treatment method to improve survival rates and quality of life for patients with end-stage organ failure. However the immunosuppressive therapy applied for this treatment's success, significantly increases infectious complications. Amongst the infections, fungal infection still remains a major cause of mortality. In the SOT recipients with invasive fungal infection pulmonary involvement can not be excluded. Although the rate changes depending on the organ transplanted, more than 90% of SOT recipients who are diagnosed as invasive aspergillosis have pulmonary involvement. Therefore, in this article, the management of pulmonary fungal infection, antifungal prophylaxis and treatment of pulmonary fungal infection in the SOT recipients is reviewed according to the organ transplanted.
