摘要：
The second boundary value problem (i.e. given stress) for a domain exterior to an arbitrary Lyapunov surface S, for the Stokes' equation, is worked out via Fredholm integral equations of the second kind. Here, we have developed two methods via Fredholm integral equation of the second kind, which are equivalent from the analytical point of view, but not computationally.
