摘要：
The aim of this paper focuses on obtaining an approximate definition of the concept quality of life and to present the dimensions and variables that shape their content, evaluating the influences and effects caused by the emergence of new information technologies and communication in people's welfare. Discriminatory and unfair distribution of new technologies on the territory could affect the quality of life of many communities, increasing spatial inequalities.
