摘要：
The article examines the history and theory of "artificial intelligence" in the context of philosophical debate about consciousness and thought both in the West and in Russia. Thought experiment method allows the author to formulate and defend the conception of communicative functionalism in the philosophy of consciousness and explication of its functions.
