Is an evaluation of the Psychiatric Reform after the 30 years of its development with two critical background: 1. The uncomplete freedom of the patient, in the subjective sense. 2. The increasing medicalization, as opposed to other forms of treatment, due to the prevailing biomedical model, biological and cognitive-behavioral. It is proposed as a continuation of the reform, to reverse the hospital centrism and introduce a systemic change, recovering psychopathology, that enables the patient treatment in the community.
