摘要
A mathematical model for describe the thermal behavior of a flat plate solar collector for air heating is presented. The model is based on the simplification and solution of the energy conservation equation, and the closure relationships needed to describe heat transfer processes during the operation of these equipments. The suggested model allows to known the spatial and temporal distribution of temperatures in the elements that compose a solar collector of inclined flat plate. The solution of the model was obtained by a finite difference method that led to iteratively solving a system of non-lineal equations, in order to determine reasonable predictions about the behavior of a solar collector of inclined flat plate for air heating.
