摘要
By use of X-ray, DTA and electron microprobe measurements the phase diagrams of the three quasibinary systems (Cd,Sn)Te, (Cd,Sn)Se, and Sn(Se,Te) are investigated for temperatures above 650 K. From the measured equilibrium curves, the interaction parameters for the solid solutions are derived. Using these data, the phase diagrams are calculated. Moreover the phase transformation between the alpha and beta phase of the SnSe-rich solid solution Sn(Se(l)Te1-l) is investigated as a function of the mole fraction l. On the basis of a four particle cluster model the cluster probabilities are calculated as a function of composition for the three quasibinary systems.
