摘要
Experiential learning offers business students immersive and transformative experiences to demonstrate their knowledge and skills in working to meet real-world business challenges they are likely to face in the workplace. These types of experiences raise the profile of business schools and their students with prospective employers and are currently encouraged within business school curriculums by business education accrediting agencies. This article examines how business education experiential learning initiatives serve to develop and reinforce key information literacy competencies. A range of initiatives are discussed including consulting projects, student competitions, and student-managed investment funds.
