摘要
Capacitance-potential measurements by a.c. impedance methods have shown that in the potential range 0.5 to 0.7 V the titanium passive films formed between 0.2 and 2 V show linear Mott-Schottky plots with frequency dependent slopes. The study develops a theoretical approach to this fact which takes into account of both the dielectric relaxation phenomena and allows the determination of flat band potentials, the Helmholtz capacitance and the donor density for each film.
