摘要：
In the present paper the fatigue crack initiation is studied for welded joints and notched CT specimens made of mild steels. The experimental results are analysed by the notch stress intensity factor K-p, psi criterion which depends on the notch angle psi acid on the acuity p. This criterion allows a conservative design of structures.
