摘要
The effectiveness of few selected antimicrobial agents and commonly available packaging materials on microbial quality of khoa during storage at 37 and 5-degrees-C showed a reduction in the counts of mesophilic aerobes, yeast and moulds with the incorporation of 0.30% potassium sorbate on product weight basis and upon packing in aluminium foil.
