摘要
Smoothing, interpolation, and "outlier" detection techniques based on the solution of an integral equation of the first kind in which the right-hand side represents the curve values are described. Smoothing is by regularization of the solution using the discrepancy method. A nonlinear filter is thus implemented, which adapts to each curve with constant filter parameters. The smoothing technique (as well as the interpolation and "outlier" detection techniques) are therefore particularly suitable for automatic data analysis in various automatic data processing systems.
