A case of malignant T-cell lymphoma of the pancreas is presented. Previously reported histological data confirming this disease are reviewed to elucidate features that may suggest this disease and how to differentiate between T-and B-cell lymphoma of the pancreas. © 1991 Raven Press, New York.
