NON-LORENTZIAN WINGS OF HOMOGENEOUS ZERO-PHONON LINES - MANIFESTATION IN POWER BROADENING OF HOLES

摘要
It is shown that the interaction of an electronic excitation with tunneling excitations of glasses (so-called tunnelons) leads to a Lorentzian shape near to the maximum of a line and to a Gaussian shape in a quasiresonant frequency domain. This theoretical result enables one to explain a very slow dependence γh≈P0.23 of the hole width γh on the laser fluence P=Jt found recently over a wide range of fluences 0.1≤P≤50 J cm-2. © 1990.
