摘要
The effect of intraparticle diffusion on catalytic processes in a fluidized-bed reactor with decaying catalyst was analysed in detail assuming that the inteRNal mass transport can influence only catalytic reactions. It was found that for the fluidized-bed reactor modelled as CSTR (with no fresh catalyst feed) the change in internal resistance of the mass transport does not affect the existence of three deactivation classes as defined by Wojciechowski. Furthermore, it was shown that in the fluidized-bed reactor with a continuous fresh catalyst feed, each level of internal diffusion resistance corresponds to different selectivity curve and the increase in deactivation rate may cause the increase in selectivity of complex reactions.
