摘要：
To obtain the knowledge of the two-dimensional strain on hermetic sealed and heated specimen the combination of four special micro-alignment measurements is used. The device consists a laser, a special designed beam splitter and a reflector system, position sensitive detectors and a computer for data aquisition and analysis. The created measuring system offers new features for the experimental investigation of heated and hermetic sealed materials.
