This paper is a continuation of an earlier one on the phase behaviour of binary mixtures of ethane + eicosane. In this contribution experimental results of the two-phase equilibrium solid eicosane + liquid are presented. The experimental work covers temperatures from about 260 K to the triple point of eicosane, i.e. 309.65 K. Pressures up to 10 MPa have been applied. Supposing ideal melting behaviour, some experimental data for the two-phase boundary solid eicosane + liquid are compared with the calculated two-phase boundary.
