摘要
This work have focused primarily to present a set of information about the barriers that must be overcome for effective implementation of ICT in the school environment. We seek to add some results already published in various studies in this area, and thus contribute to the systematization of knowledge on key aspects of these barriers, as well as the possible ways to overcome them. We understand that in order to understand the potential benefits of ICT will be needed at first to understand the process implementation and ownership, as if the tool is not adequately available and used all their potential benefits will not take effect.
