摘要：

Considering the importance of information management during the lifecycle of a project, this paper presents a model for management of information across the project management process, developed from the application of the STI Group's researching lines: the approach to Ecology Information proposed by Thomas Davenport (Davenport, 1997), the Soft Systems Methodology developed by Peter Checkland (Checkland, 1981; Checkland y Scholes, 1990; Checkland y Holwell, 1998; Checkland y Poulter, 2006), and the guidance of the Project Management Body of Knowledge, PMBOK (R) developed by the Project Management Institute, PMI (R) (PMI (R), 2004, 2009).
