The future of psychodynamic group psychotherapy

摘要：
Based upon reflections related to a changing attractiveness of groups during the recent years, several forms of psychodynamic group psychotherapy are described which increasingly seem to converge and to justify the need for structured and disorder oriented treatments. The available evidence related to the effectiveness of psychodynamic groups is summarized. Psychodynamic group psychotherapy will have a future if it will be able to modernize itself and if there will be support to integrate it into training and the service system.
