摘要
In the conditions of environment changes the relationships between a company and advisor become more important. They are a significant part of business. Enterprises get involved in various kinds of relationships with advisors, despite the fact that they often require a different approach in relation to particular people and entities diversified in terms of goals, aspiration, resources or relational abilities. The study shows a complex nature of long-term relationships and characterizes the factors influencing their development by both the enterprise and the advisor. Various aspects of counseling were pointed out, with particular emphasis on transaction costs and the resources and capabilities of relational. The issue of relational capital formation based on relational resources companies and advisers was also discussed.
