摘要
The niobium-rich part of the Nb-Ga-Fe ternary system has been investigated by X-ray diffraction and electron microprobe techniques in the isothermal section at 1000 °C. The composition ranges of stability of the Nb, Nb3Ga, Nb5Ga3, σ, μ and ε{lunate}-phases have been determined. Two ternary intermediate phases were found. Superconducting transition temperatures are given as a function of composition and heat treatment procedures. © 1979.
