摘要：

Drug-induced thrombocytopenia should be considered in any patient who presents with acute thrombocytopenia of unknown cause. Suspicious medication should be discontinued immediatly. To react adequatly diagnosis and treatment should not be delayed by laboratory testing but rather defined by clinical criteria.
