摘要
Domain switching in Gd2(MoO4)3 was found to be of a completely new type in a temperature 20°C∼80°C. Polarization reversal proceeds in the form of a single domain wall motion with the mobility 2 × 10-2cm2/V-sec, which is independent of temperature. © 1969.
