摘要
(BiLuGd)IG/(BiGd)(FeGa)G composite films of which the temperature derivatives of Faraday rotation angle at 45 degree ( EQUVLNT beta ) are nearly zero, were grown by a two-step liquid phase epitaxial (LPE) method. The (LD) with an optical isolator using the beta equals 0. 00 deg/ degree C an isolator using the garnet crystal with beta of 0. 05 deg/ degree C. The relation between the RIN and the feedback light power and the relation between the RIN and beta value were clarified.
