Megapolises as System Subjects of Globalization and Localization in the Financial Markets

In article the new configuration of global financial relations is analyzed. The basic conclusion - in modern world economy the developed and arising megapolises become system subjects of globalization and localization in the financial markets. On the basis of the analysis specific characteristics of the local financial market of a megapolis, priority requirements of economic system of a megapolis and target reference points of the corresponding financial market are established. Functions, a structural position and a way of the organization of the financial market of a megapolis are defined. Novelty of the received results allows to reconsider and in a new fashion to define a place and a role of the local financial market of a modern megapolis in system of the global and national financial markets and economic space of a megapolis.
