This article presents a reflection from the theoretical and empirical literature on child abuse as a bioethical problem. This raises the situation taking into account the evolution of the concept of the child object to subject rights law. Based on research experience are discussed principles with bioethics in the context of child abuse and propose alternative solutions from this perspective.
