摘要
A new family of lithium ion conductors has been synthesised on the join Li4SiO4-Li5AlSi2O8. The structures are intermediate between those of Li4SiO4 and γ-LiAlO2 and have partially occupied Li+ ion sites. Highest conductivity is ≈ 3×10-5 ohms-1 cm-1 at 100°C and is several times higher than that in the corresponding Ga3+ -containing solid solutions. Variation in conductivity with composition is caused by changes in both the mobile ion concentration and the activation energy for conduction. © 1990.
