摘要
The latest developments in programmable digital valve control cards make it possible to integrate a number of intelligent features to significantly improve the performance of fluid power systems. An ostensibly open-loop motor speed drive is considered using proportional valve technology, a two-axis digital electronic drive card being used to actuate a flow control valve and a pressure control valve. It is shown how steady-state speed control can be improved while simultaneously optimising efficiency, reducing supply power, and improving the dynamic behaviour.
