摘要
The fall of the Ford-Keynesian model in the 1970s, have generated significant changes in the global economy in the context of the deepening of the globalization process. In this context, the enterprises must devise strategies to improve their market position and achieve higher levels of competitiveness and profitability, in which innovative activities can contribute to better results. Innovation is one of the driving forces for development at local and global scale; the strategies to take the enterprises to acquire skills and innovative technology in general are very important, interact with other stakeholders to improve inequalities. The overall objective of this paper is to analyze the importance of innovation in the local development strategy. This research is an explanation based on literature sources.
