摘要
An interferometiic complex in the far infrared region to measure n(e)(t) and n(e)(r) in the l = 2 Uragan-2M torsatron was developed. The probing over the major axis of the plasma elliptic cross-section is performed along three parallel chords at wavelength lambda1 = 119 mum. The probing over the ellipse minor axis is carried out along five fanwise chords at wavelength lambda2 = 337 mum. The peculiarity of this complex is the use of both a waveguide-quasi-optical and a waveguide systems to focus laser beams. The interferometer characteristics provide reliable information on temporal and spatial changes of n(e) in different machine operation modes.
