摘要
The use of higher-distilling liquid boiler fuels (medium-sulfur atmospheric resids) and the increased contents of resins and asphaltenes in these products are making it necessary to add combustion intensifiers to the fuels. The most promising and economical method for increasing the completeness of boiler fuel combustion with a small excess of air is the use of additives to improve the combustion process. Experimental data on the effects of additives on the duration of the principal stages in combustion of residual fuel oil M-100 with additives are presented.
