摘要：
The authors present the application of carbon dioxide laser in treatment of selected la-ryngological diseases based on material of ENT Clinic Medical Academy in Poznan. In the cases of neoplasmatic lesions, stenosis of larynx or trachea carbon dioxide laser is very useful tool. Using laser surgery allows obtain better patients' quality of life after on-cological treatment, better than with typical surgical techniques.
