摘要
The nature of the interaction between HCN and cyclol(S)-His-(S)-Phe] during the asymmetric hydrocyanation of benzaldehyde is investigated by variable pH nmr spectroscopy. The structure of the protonated form of cyclo[(S)-His-(S)-Phe] is determined by variable temperature NMR and molecular mechanics calculations.
