摘要：

We report a 65-year-old Singaporean Chinese woman with Adult-Onset Still's Disease (AOSD) who presented with fever of unknown origin after multiple trauma who was successfully treated with prednisolone and methotrexate. The incidence of AOSD is extremely rare in the elderly population. Elderly patients with AOSD may also have atypical presentations and hence lead to a delay in diagnosis. In elderly patients with fever of unknown origin, particularly in Asians, the diagnosis of AOSD should be considered. 2210-8335/Copyright (c) 2018, Asia Pacific League of Clinical Gerontology & Geriatrics.
