It is a question of taking as a conductive thread the reading that Manuel Garcia-Pelayo does of the thought Machiavelli, thinking over the convenience of carrying out a reflection on our political life from the Theory of the Constitutional State. The Teory of the State seems to be a insignificant category for the currents experts of the Constitution, when the problems at which we are present cannot be satisfactory explained coming only to the explanations that give us the procedure of the right.
