摘要：
We report the synthesis and physical properties of the new ternary nitride Ca2ZnN2, prepared by the reaction of Ca3N2 and Zn in N2 gas at 680°C. The structure, determined by X-ray powder diffraction and refined by Rietveld profile analysis, is tetragonal ( I4 mmm) with a = 3.5835(4) Å, c = 12.6583(7) Å, and Z = 2. The structure features condensed nitrogen-centered metal octahedra and a linear coordination of Zn by two nitrogen atoms. Conductivity and magnetic measurements show that Ca2ZnN2 is insulating and diamagnetic. © 1990.
