摘要
The aim of this research is to empirically identify the relationship between the gender manager of the SMEs and the characteristics of the intrapreneur culture. The empirical study was conducted using a sample of 600 SMEs in the region of Murcia (Spain). The intrapreneur culture is analyzed considering the classification of Galvez and Garcia (2011). The results show that companies The results show that companies directed by women promoted greater extent than men intrapreneur characteristics of culture such as: autonomy and risk taking, teamwork, compensation and support to management. The implications of our research are relevant and can help public authorities and managers to the analysis and development of policies that promote gender equity within organizations.
