摘要
The Information and Communications Technologies - ICT have revolutionized the world, and have led the world to evolve quickly. In the educational context, the incorporation of ICT has led to changes in the design of the same process, the role of teachers and students, the methodologies for teaching - learning and competencies that ones and others must develop in order to adjust to the process. Therefore, this article seeks to present a conceptual review that has been conducted in the framework of there search project : Competencies in educational technology for teachers and students of degrees associated with ICT in Colombia, funded by the Universidad Militar Nueva Granada, mainly around the concepts of information and globalization technologies, digital literacy, technological competencies and ways of learning linked to the field (e - learning, b - learning, u - learning and m - learning), natives and immigrants digital.
