APPROACHES TO FAMILY IDENTITY RESEARCH IN PSYCHOLOGY

In this article different approaches to the identity phenomena and it's types are described. The importance of investigation of family identity is shown. It's underlined that family if the first group of person's identifying, so the family influences development of personal identity We describe family identity researches that have already been provided. We show that these researches usually analyze specifics of family psychology at whole or are focused on some concrete narrow problem, and then the authors just use this thermion without describing and defining it. In this article we view the main definitions of family psychology, describe and define family identity, it's characteristics: the structure and the dynamics of family identity Also we describe formation of family identity and it's statuses, the causes and consequences of them.
