摘要：
The kinetics of oxidation of aminoacids with Cr(VI) in perchloric acid media have been studied by spectroscopy. The reaction show first order dependence on both chromium (VI) and substrate concentrations. The order with respect to hydrogen-ion concentration in each reaction is complex, and the hypotheses for the mechanism of acid catalysis have been tested. The energy of activation have been calculated. The mechanism of the reactions in discussed.
