摘要：

Abdominal wall endometriosis is a rare entity, which usually occurs after obstetric or gynecologic procedures with hysterotomy. Endometriosis in a cesarean section scar usually appears as a cyclically painful nodule located in the scar tissue. We report a case of endometriosis in a cesarean section scar, which manifested as a mass in the external third of the scar. (C) 2008 Elsevier Espana, S.L. All rights reserved.
