BOUNDARY-CONDITIONS FOR NICOLAI MAPS

It is shown that Nicolai's theorem does not generally apply on spaces with boundaries unless the supersymmetry algebra has a subalgebra whose bosonic generators preserve the boundary. In this case, the unbroken symmetries generated by the boundary-preserving subalgebra are sufficient to ensure the existence of a Nicolai map, provided that any boundary conditions are invariant under this subalgebra.
