摘要：
Following a 28 years exposition a 62 year old female poultry worker with chronic rhinoconjunctivitis and perennial asthma was examined at the instance of the professional association. Patient's history, diagnosis and acarological findings revealed a clinical allergy to house dust mites predominantly due to the working place.
