摘要：

The article deals with the issues of legal regulation of migration in the Republic of Kazakhstan in the aspect of ensuring the national security of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The population is seen as the ultimate resource of State, subject and object of national security. There is a conclusion on the impact of the growth of illegal migration to the national security of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Also it is concluded that there was a need to develop the migration code of the RK.
