摘要
The diffusion coefficient in a single crystalline specimen is D(m**2/s) equals 1. 1 multiplied by 10** minus **7 exp ( minus 6700(J/mol)/RT) which agrees with high temperature values reported in the literature, but in a poly-crystalline specimen it is not expressed by a single Arrhenius equation. At 298 K, D is 7 multiplied by 10** minus **9 m**2/s, which is independent of grain boundaries and specimen thickness.
