ON THE ELECTROMAGNETIC FORM-FACTORS OF THE NUCLEON

In the context of the modified version of the statistical model, a new wave function for a baryon is suggested. Properties such as formfactors, polarizabilities, etc. of the proton were studied using the aforesaid wave function and the properties of neutron were also probed through the properties of the proton. The estimated results are in good agreement with existing experimental data.
