摘要：

Mycosis fungoides represents the most common type of cutaneous T-cell lymphoma. It has been described two centuries ago by Alibert. The etiology of mycosis fungoides remains unknown. Besides with classical mycosis fungoides which was described as patches plaques and tumors, many other clinicopatholigal subtypes have been reported also. Mycosis fungoides is regarded as a great imitator because of mimicking other dermatoses. Clinical, histopathological aspects of mycosis fungoides have been reviewed in this article.
