Relevant information was extracted from 12 direct reports published during the 2019-2023 period and contrasted with the elements of the Peruvian reality in the areas of opportunities, concurrent factors, and the chain of solutions in management and public health reported in 15 indirect studies published between 2011 and 2021. The main strategies and alternative policies used in recent years by the Peruvian State in the field of public health are presented and discussed. The opportunities, the concurrent factors and chains of solutions that are managed through the strategies and alternative policies of management and public health are highlighted. It concluded that there is a need to generate new myths and rationalizing paradigms of the social medical reality in Peru. It highlights the importance of generating new values and what to do to improve the evaluation of hierarchies, supporting the need to co-construct new meanings for alternative strategies and policies in the field of management and public health.
