Preparation of biospecific sorbents of the polysaccharide type involving different phospholipid ligands is described. By means of affinity chromatography, the formation of the phospholipase A2 - phospholipid complex was quantitatively characterized. Two types of the complexes are formed on this sorbents, with lipid - enzyme ratios (40-154): 1 and (5-7): 1 depending on the lipid concentration. Choice of biospecific sorbents for affinity chromatography of phospholipase A2 is discussed.
